Terms of Use · Effective May 29, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the At Home Concerts app. By using the app you agree to them. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
At Home Concerts gives ticket holders access to live, lossless audio concerts streamed by independent artists. Redeeming a valid ticket code grants you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to that concert.
Concerts are for your personal, private listening. You may not record, re-broadcast, publicly perform, or redistribute any audio. To protect this, playback is blocked when the screen is mirrored to an external display, and a limit applies on simultaneous streams per account.
Broadcasters represent and warrant that they hold all rights to the audio they stream — including all musical works, recordings, and any third-party content — and are solely responsible for the content they broadcast and for all copyright, licensing, and royalty obligations. At Home Concerts acts only as a conduit and does not own or control broadcaster content.
If you believe content infringes your rights or is otherwise objectionable, report it to report@at-home-concerts.com with details. We review reports promptly and may remove content and/or suspend a broadcaster.
Tickets are sold by the artists or their chosen ticketing providers, not within the app. Pricing, delivery of codes, and refunds are handled by the artist or that provider; contact them directly for payment or refund matters.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, At Home Concerts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for broadcaster content. Concerts depend on broadcasters going live as scheduled and on network conditions.
