At Home Concerts

At Home Concerts ("we", "us") lets ticket holders listen to live, lossless audio concerts streamed by artists ("broadcasters"). This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell it.

Information we collect

• Sign in with Apple identity — a stable Apple user identifier, and the email address and name you choose to share. You can use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay; we never see your real address if you do.
• Tickets — the concert codes you redeem, so your concerts appear across your devices.
• Notification token — if you allow notifications, an Apple Push Notification Service device token, used only to alert you about concerts from artists you have not muted.
• Device identifier — a random per-install identifier used to enforce a reasonable simultaneous-stream limit per account. It is not the device's hardware ID and is not used to track you.

How we use it

Solely to operate the app: authenticate you, deliver the concerts you have access to, sync your tickets, send the notifications you opted into, and protect against abuse. These are "App Functionality" purposes; none of this data is used for tracking across apps or websites.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Audio is streamed from the broadcaster via our infrastructure. We use Apple services (Sign in with Apple, push notifications) and standard hosting providers acting on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & your choices

• We keep your account data while your account exists.
• You can mute any artist's notifications, or turn off notifications entirely, in Settings.
• Delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and notification settings and revokes the Sign in with Apple token with Apple. Tickets you redeemed are released.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
